The building planned for this site includes a corporate office structure, a multi-function "connector" building and a three level energy trading facility. Structured parking is provided below the connector and office components. The office building and trading floor will be treated with a combination of glass curtain wall and architectural precast. The project consists of A three story Trading Building containing approximately 134,995 square feet. The lower level and trading level are approximately the same size. The third level is a three sided mezzanine fronting on the second level trading floor. The Trading Building will be constructed on-grade. A two story Connector Building containing approximately 32,921 square feet. The lower level will contain meeting, dining and food service. The upper level will contain office and meeting functions. The building will serve as a circulation link between the Trading Building and the Office Building. The Connector Building will be constructed above the multi-level parking deck. A ten story Office Building containing approximately 282,084 square feet. The Office Building will be constructed above the multi-level parking deck. The building will face a structured entry plaza and will be serviced from a basement loading dock. A multi-level Parking Structure to accommodate approximately 1,550 cars. The Parking Structure will be constructed in two phases. Phase One will accommodate approximately 450 cars and Phase Two will accommodate approximately 1,100 cars. | ||
