The Promenade Shops at The Spectrum will also include a 130,000 square foot Bass Pro Shop, 40,000 square foot theater, several restaurants and a signature Farmer's Market. The richly landscaped park-like setting of the project is designed to capture views of the filtered lake which is designed to attracted indigenous wildlife.
