The project is a four-story office building with approximately 125,000 square feet in a proposed four building office complex totaling 500,000 gross square feet. The building structure consists of a structural steel frame with column bay dimensions of 30'x30'. Floor construction consists of a 4-inch, normal-weight concrete slab supported on metal form deck. The slab and deck are supported by steel bar joists approximately 3 feet on center and steel girders. The roof structure consists of steel bar joists and continuous steel girders supporting metal roof deck, insulation, and a membrane roof. The roof framing is sloped to provide positive drainage.
