This loft style mixed use complex located at the downtown Atlanta historic district near the Martin Luther King Memorial Center. Construction in such prominent location required the district's Architectural Board review and approval. Building height, front facade configuration, and exterior finish materials were approved by the Board. The buildig consists of eleven 3-story attached units, 2400 sq. ft. each. Every unit has a 2-car garage and private shop/ office on the first floor with two levels of living space above. Additional secure parking provided in the courtyard.
